  • Catering and food service are planned and executed by our single BillionEvents team
  • Food and beverage service is managed by our in-house culinary team
  • Kitchen and serving workflows are managed by our in-house operations team
  • Post-event cleanup of the dining area is handled by our team

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises
  • This policy helps maintain a clean, family-friendly environment for all guests
  • Non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, and soft drinks are welcome
  • This policy is strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of all attendees

Sound & Noise

  • Basic sound system with microphones is included in every booking
  • Sound levels must comply with local noise regulations
  • DJ and additional audio equipment available as add-ons
  • Music and loud sound must end by 10 PM as per local rules

Booking & Timings

  • Morning slot: 8 AM – 2 PM
  • Afternoon slot: 2 PM – 8 PM
  • Evening slot: 5 PM – 11 PM
  • Event timeline is fully customized
  • Extensions are available at the same custom quote, subject to availability
  • Custom time slots can be discussed based on availability

Payment Terms

  • An advance payment is required to confirm your booking and lock in your date
  • Remaining balance is due before the event day
  • We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash payments
  • A payment receipt is provided for every transaction

Cancellation & Reschedule

  • Reschedule: Free rescheduling with 7 or more days notice — no extra charge
  • Cancel 15+ days before event: 80% refund of advance payment
  • Cancel 7–14 days before event: 50% refund of advance payment
  • Cancel less than 7 days before event: No refund
  • All cancellation requests must be communicated via WhatsApp or phone

Decoration Policy

  • Our in-house decor team handles setup and styling end-to-end
  • No nails, screws, or permanent fixtures allowed on walls, ceilings, or pillars
  • Use hooks, adhesive tape, or removable mounts instead
  • Large installations (arches, heavy backdrops) require pre-approval from our team
  • Post-event cleanup and removal of decorations is the decorator's responsibility

Damage & Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking
  • The deposit is returned in full after a post-event inspection confirms no damage
  • Deductions will be made for any damages to setup assets, furniture, fixtures, or equipment
  • Any damages must be reported during the post-event walkthrough
